Exhibitor Online Portal

Log into the exhibitor online portal to complete set task, and upload the required documents. The exhibition manual is available from the exhibitor portal. You must be set up as an admin to login to the portal. The main contact of the sponsorship/exhibition booth will be the admin to the exhibitor portal. Admin can add/remove new admin staff via the exhibitor portal.

Delivery information for exhibition goods

  • Non-medical exhibitor goods: Delivered between August 29 to September 3, 2024 (Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm)
  • Medical exhibitor goods: Strictly on bump in day Tuesday September 3, 2024.
  • Ensure all deliveries have the correct delivery label applied. Download the label from the exhibitor manual.
  • If you need assistance with moving goods to the stand, please inform the IFSO organiser about a month prior to the congress.

We have encountered instances of scammers falsely claiming to offer access to delegate lists for a fee. Please be advised that we do not sell or distribute delegate lists to third parties. Any communication claiming otherwise should be considered fraudulent. To ensure the security and integrity of your participation, please disregard any such offers. If you have any concerns or need verification regarding communications or offers related to delegate information, do not hesitate to contact us at ifso@thinkbusinessevents.com.au.
