Our international airport is the gateway to Melbourne and Victoria. Located 22kms from the city centre, Melbourne Airport is only a 25-minute drive away. Travel to Melbourne is easy, with many direct flight services operating daily from a vast network of global airlines.

Other than New Zealand passport holders, all visitors to Australia need a valid visa.

There are three types of visas available, all with a simple online application process:

  • Electronic Travel Authority ETA (subclass 601)
  • eVisitor (subclass 651)
  • Business visitor stream (subclass 600)

On arrival to Melbourne, getting to the city centre is simple. With a dedicated bus service, Skybus can transport you to and from the airport with ease. Alternatively, taxi and Uber services are also available. Limousine and other transfer options can also be accommodated.
